This successful financial management company relocated to 555 California Street to establish a new image and work function for the company. To achieve intimacy and to allow for staff to function on large floor plates, an elaborate glass and wood grid at the interior corridor wall system was designed to give warmth and allow visibility to spectacular views and to help staff feel connected. Two internal stair towers were constructed. The project schedule had to be carefully planned to allow for ambitious scope and zero tolerance detail.
